Great work on Heaven's part. I do agree it has some negative space that I'm feeling kind of anxious about. And definitely make the Scrimshaw title (as well as year of the issue when it's added) stand out.
I'm curious as to what the back would look like? Perhaps the globe could stretch to the back and the graphics wrap around to be seen on the back as well? Just a suggestion. (:
While I wanted to have to title on the banner there I do agree it should stand out more then it does and I completely forgot about adding the year so thanks for mentioning that. I'm thinking that all of that as well as the negative space could be fixed if I put the year/edition info in the banner instead and dropped a larger sized title into the space below.
Gorgeous! But the space in the center seems very empty. It seems to need some focal point...
